2. Delivery Timelines

- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 working days.
- Remote / Northeast Regions: 5 to 7 working days.
3. Cash On Delivery (COD) Guidelines
To eliminate hesitation for new buyers, we offer Cash on Delivery across 19,000+ pincodes. To prevent frivolous bookings and courier return charges, a nominal token confirmation amount (₹300 – ₹500, adjusted in your final bill) may be requested via WhatsApp during live video verification.
4. Order Dispatch & Live Video Proof
All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours. Once your product completes quality control, we record a live 360-degree video on WhatsApp displaying the item and its serial codes. Once approved by you, the package is sealed and handed to the air courier.
