1. 48-Hour Replacement Guarantee
At First Copy Collection, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, movement malfunction, transit damage, or size discrepancy, we provide a free 48-hour replacement.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for an exchange, customers must record a continuous 360-degree unboxing video from the moment the outer courier bag is opened until the product is thoroughly displayed. This guarantees absolute transparency and enables immediate approval by our resolution team.
3. Size Exchange for Shoes & Apparel
If your shoes or apparel do not fit perfectly, contact our WhatsApp support within 48 hours of delivery. As long as the product has not been worn outside and all tags/protective films remain intact, we will happily arrange a size exchange.
4. How to Request an Exchange
- Record the unboxing video showing the outer shipping label.
- Send the video along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp concierge.
